My Story
I am a wife, mother, grandmother and busy lady. I was born needing to be creative and I found myself in professions that allowed me to express and use my God given talents. It also provided me with a schedule where I could be involved with my son and daughter’ lives. Whether I was pursuing my ideas through my own business as an interior designer, or working alongside my husband building beautiful homes, I found teaching and writing was always a passion and whether it was design classes or bible studies I loved the preparation and study.

Christmas Chaos!....................
It’s officially that time of year again—when our house transforms from “normal chaos” to “sparkly Christmas chaos.”
We started decorating last weekend, which means the kids carefully hung about three ornaments… and then immediately wandered off to eat cookies and argue about who touched whose candy cane.
Meanwhile, the bottom half of our tree is beautifully decorated, and the top half looks like it’s on strike.
School holiday programs are in full swing, too. I’ve already ironed tiny costumes, located missing shoes using only prayer and caffeine, and watched my child enthusiastically sing every word to the wrong song. Proud parent moment? Absolutely.
And of course, the church Christmas play rehearsals have begun. Nothing says “December” like shepherds wearing crooked bathrobes, wise men dropping their gifts, and one very determined angel who refuses to stand still because “my halo is itchy.”
But honestly… I wouldn’t trade any of it.
The chaos, the glitter in places glitter should never be, the kids’ excitement—it’s what makes this season magical. ✨
Wonderful Christmas chaos!🎄❤️
✨ (Psalm 118:24) ..... “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

The first Thanksgiving celebrated the Harvest and the Gathering of Friends..... It was also a time that the Pilgrims gave thanks that they had survived another year.
I have been made aware of people around me lately that are doing everything it takes to just survive. We can be an encourager and friend by supporting them and letting them know they can count on us. Be that "Thankful Receiver" and spread your blessings with those in need.
Share this with your friends so that many will be inspired.
