In northwest South Carolina is nature at it’s finest. I was told there are areas in Lake Jocassee that’s 300′ deep. It’s known for the clean and cold Appalachian Mountain rivers that flow into it. Honestly I have never seen such clear lake water, undeveloped shoreline and beautiful waterfalls. It’s near Salem and Seneca. Check it out.
