  • Learn to say NO to commitments or activities that don’t align with your priorities and establish boundaries around your time, energy, and resources to prevent burnout and overwhelm.
  • Tell others your expectations, boundaries, and needs while encouraging and supporting each other.
  • Make self-care a priority in your daily routine. Schedule regular time for activities that replenish your energy and nourish your well-being, whether this is exercise, devotion time, hobbies, or spending time with friends.
  • Recognize that balance is not about rigidly dividing your time equally between personal and family life. It’s about being flexible and adaptable to the changing needs and demands of each area.
